Avoid cold and flu season with these practical and easy to apply tips and tricks on how to enhance your health!

Eating seasonal specialties can enhance the immune system! Join Heather Fischbuch for a hearty soup sampler lunch to learn what foods are best to fend off the chill and bugs of the season. 

Traditional Chinese Medicine views some foods as warming, others as cooling. Some build blood or drain damp inflammation. Discussion of these foods will be covered and individual consultations are available after the presentation for a separate fee. 

Please bring a food bank donation or $5. All proceeds will be donated to our local food bank.
