Host a Workshop

We would love to work with you to have you host a workshop at our space. The space within the Mountain Hub is truly adaptable and we can work with you to ensure you find the right space, day/time and price. Please contact megan@mountainhub.ca to book your workshop or event.

  • We have a couple of spaces available, depending on availability and your workshop requirement. Please get in touch and we can discuss your workshop needs.

  • Additional hours can be requested, just let us know.

DetailS:

  • Members of the Mountain Hub take priority for reservations and receive 20% off rental fees listed.

  • Coffee, tea and water is included for attendees.

  • We will help you market your event with our members and in email blasts.

  • We have most equipment a workshop would require but feel free to bring your own tables, etc. and let us know if you require any additional specialized equipment. We will do our best to get you what you need.

 

Pricing:

Front Area

Fits up to 25 people

Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

$50 + GST per hour (2 hour minimum)

Monday - Friday, 5:30pm - 10:00pm

$60 + GST per hour (2 hour minimum)

Saturday or Sunday, 8:00am - 10:00pm

$75 + GST per hour (2 hour minimum)

 

Back Area (available August 1st)

Fits up to 12 people.

Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

$35 + GST per hour (2-hour minimum)

Monday - Friday, 5:30pm - 10:00pm

$45 + GST per hour (2-hour minimum)

Saturday or Sunday, 8:00am - 10:00pm

$50 + GST per hour (2-hour minimum) 

 

Host a Private Event

Please get in touch with your event details and we will provide a quote for the use of space. We are excited to help you host an incredible event!

We do not carry a liquor license but can obtain an event liquor license (for an extra fee of $200 + GST) if you plan on putting on a licensed event.

 

Details:

  • Refundable deposit of $300 is required

  • Non-refundable cleaning fee of $125

  • Refreshments and snacks will be your responsibility

  • We will help you market your event with our members and in email blasts

Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 10:00pm (space access from 5:30pm)

Starting at $200 + GST - 4-hour block

Saturday or Sunday, 8:00am - 10:00pm

Starting at $325 + GST - 4 hour block

Starting at $625 + GST - 8 hour block (full day)


Interested in using our space for a “Pop-up”?

Our space is incredibly adaptable and receives a ton of foot traffic during the weekdays and weekends. Get in touch as soon as possible with your idea and space requirements. There are a couple options of how we could work with you in the space.

 

Need a temporary office?

We have three dedicated offices that can be rented out hourly, daily or monthly. Prices range from $20 - $25/hour and our members receive 20% off all rental rates.

 

Need somewhere to meet?

We have a dedicated boardroom, meeting room and many of the offices can be used as meeting space as well. Not to mention the front area of the Mountain Hub can be arranged to suit your needs. Let us know when you need to meet and for how many people and we will make it work!

Please note that one of our meeting rooms is free for members to use during regular business hours (Another perk of becoming a member at the Mountain Hub!)
