At the Mountain Hub we have four private rooms available for short-term rental, along with an open, yet private, lounge area. Each one offers something different, so be sure to check out the descriptions below (pictures coming soon).

Our goal is to offer space to YOU, the small business owner, freelancer, or entrepreneur that helps support your business. Meet clients, run sessions, conduct meetings or just get down to work - all in an awesome and accessible downtown location.

Payment for your reservation is required up front and we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with 24-hours notice you will receive a full discount. We appreciate you only booking if you're certain you will use the space :)

Mt. Swansea

Private Office

This private office is perfect for holistic practitioners, freelancers or small businesses. It is fully furnished with a desk and chair and has ample room for a practitioner table. It also has an ensuite washroom.

Members: $20 per hour / $48 per day (M-F, 9-5pm)

Non-members: $25 per hour / $60 per day  (M-F, 9-5pm)


Mt. Goldie

Boardroom

This boardroom is perfect for meetings or presentations with up to 8 people. Includes board table with adjustable chairs, flat screen TV with Chromecast hookup. 

Members: $25 per hour / $52 per day (M-F, 9-5pm)

Non-members: $30 per hour / $65 per day (M-F, 9-5pm)


Mt. Nelson

Private Shared Office

This shared office is perfect if you need to put your head down and get to work! It’s shared with another person so perfect for a dynamic duo, or if you’re looking for semi-private office space.  

Members: $16 per hour / $36 per day (M-F, 9-5pm)

Non-members: $20 per hour / $45 per day (M-F, 9-5pm)


Jumbo

Private Office

This private office is perfect for small businesses. Fully furnished and also doubles as a meeting space.  

Members: $20 per hour / $40 per day (M-F, 9-5pm)

Non-members: $25 per hour / $50 per day (M-F, 9-5pm)


Host a Workshop or Private Event

 

Host a Workshop

We would love to work with you to have you host a workshop at our space. The space within the Mountain Hub is truly adaptable and we can work with you to ensure you find the right space, day/time and price. Please contact megan@mountainhub.ca to book your workshop or event.

  • We have a couple of spaces available, depending on availability and your workshop requirement. Please get in touch and we can discuss your workshop needs.

  • Additional hours can be requested, just let us know.

DetailS:

  • Members of the Mountain Hub take priority for reservations and receive 20% off rental fees listed.

  • Coffee, tea and water is included for attendees.

  • We will help you market your event with our members and in email blasts.

  • We have most equipment a workshop would require but feel free to bring your own tables, etc. and let us know if you require any additional specialized equipment. We will do our best to get you what you need.

$50 + GST per hour (2 hour minimum)

Monday - Friday, 5:30pm - 10:00pm

Saturday or Sunday, 8:00am - 10:00pm

$75 + GST per hour (2 hour minimum)

 

Back Area (available August 1st)

Fits up to 12 people.

Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

$35 + GST per hour (2-hour minimum)

Monday - Friday, 5:30pm - 10:00pm

$45 + GST per hour (2-hour minimum)

Saturday or Sunday, 8:00am - 10:00pm

$50 + GST per hour (2-hour minimum) 

 

Host a Private Event

Please get in touch with your event details and we will provide a quote for the use of space. We are excited to help you host an incredible event!

We do not carry a liquor license but can obtain an event liquor license (for an extra fee of $200 + GST) if you plan on putting on a licensed event.

 

Details:

  • Refundable deposit of $300 is required

  • Non-refundable cleaning fee of $125

  • Refreshments and snacks will be your responsibility

  • We will help you market your event with our members and in email blasts

Starting at $200 + GST - 4-hour block

Saturday or Sunday, 8:00am - 10:00pm

Interested in using our space for a “Pop-up”?

Our space is incredibly adaptable and receives a ton of foot traffic during the weekdays and weekends. Get in touch as soon as possible with your idea and space requirements. There are a couple options of how we could work with you in the space.

 

Need a temporary office?

We have three dedicated offices that can be rented out hourly, daily or monthly. Prices range from $20 - $25/hour and our members receive 20% off all rental rates.

 

Need somewhere to meet?

We have a dedicated boardroom, meeting room and many of the offices can be used as meeting space as well. Not to mention the front area of the Mountain Hub can be arranged to suit your needs. Let us know when you need to meet and for how many people and we will make it work!

Please note that one of our meeting rooms is free for members to use during regular business hours (Another perk of becoming a member at the Mountain Hub!)

Printing & Copying

 

The Mountain Hub has partnered with Palliser Printing to offer our members access to a state of the art Xerox Copier Printer.

We won't geek out on the details but let's just say - you'll never have to worry about running out of printer ink again!

Included in each membership is 25 pages of black + white printing and/or copying.

Basically, every month you can print or copy 25 pages of black and white. As a member you also receive a discount on colour printing. 

As for scanning, that service is also included in the membership and you will be able to electronically scan to your heart's content!


Think you will need more printing? 

Members can add-on an extra $25 per month for printing & copying up to 100 sheets of black & white as well as colour.

Now, this is just for standard sized paper (8.5 x 11) and does not include custom design work or anything super fancy. We are a coworking space, not a professional printer ;) But...lucky for you we are partners with one! Dee over at Palliser Printing would be happy to discuss your printing needs. Be sure to mention you are a member of the Mountain Hub to receive a discount.

Now, for non-members our pricing is different. 

For non-members, the printing minimum is $5 and from there the pricing is 20¢ per black & white copy and 0.89¢ per colour sheet (one-sided). 

If you purchase a daily drop-in pass for $30 you get 25 black and white copies included in the price.
